Yesterday I did 72 minutes on the Wii Fit Plus. I let it choose the routine based on what I wanted to work on, which was pretty much everything but "relax". Unfortunately, it does things in kind of a random order so sometimes you get yoga after something intensely aerobic and the heart rate slows way down. Still, it should have burned 353 calories.
( The routine )I'm a little sore and tired today but I think it's worth it. I didn't get any other exercise this week. There were a couple of reasons but mostly I was feeling yucky and so I didn't go to water aerobics. I guess I should have, it might have helped but I just didn't want to.
