Yesterday I did 72 minutes on the Wii Fit Plus. I let it choose the routine based on what I wanted to work on, which was pretty much everything but "relax". Unfortunately, it does things in kind of a random order so sometimes you get yoga after something intensely aerobic and the heart rate slows way down. Still, it should have burned 353 calories.

In no particular order I did the following exercises:
Yoga:
Chair
Downward facing Dog
Half-Moon
Palm Tree
Standing knee
Tree
Triangle
Warrior pose

Strength:
Balance bridge
Jack knife
Lunge
Rowing Squat
Sideways leg-lift
Single leg extension
Single leg twist
Torso twists
Tricep extension

Aerobic/balance/mind:
Birds-eye Bull's eye
Hula Hoop
Super Hula Hoop
Island Cycling
Lotus Focus
Obstacle Course
Perfect 10
Rhythm Kung Fu
Rhythmic Boxing
Basic Run
Skateboard arena
Snowball fight
Basic Step
Advance Step
Table Tilt

I'm a little sore and tired today but I think it's worth it. I didn't get any other exercise this week. There were a couple of reasons but mostly I was feeling yucky and so I didn't go to water aerobics. I guess I should have, it might have helped but I just didn't want to.
