43 Minutes on the Wii Fit Plus tonight. 222 calories burned.
I wanted to go easy tonight but keep moving. So my last set was for relaxation, although I'm not sure the rhythm parade is relaxing.
Warm up was:
Downward facing dog
Bird's-eye Bull's eye
Warrior pose
Work out:
Triangle
Jack knife
Sideways Leg-lift
Single Leg twist
Lunges (I wimped out on this- my quads hurt)
Hula Hoop
Super Hula Hoop
Island Cycling
Rhythmic Boxing
Basic Run
Skateboard arena
Snowball fight
Relaxation was:
Deep breathing
Sun Salutation
Rhythm parade
