4 minutes rhythm boxing
2 minutes Running
2 minutes Triangle Pose
4 minutes Super Hula Hoop
10 reps sideways leg lifts
Juggling
3 repsTorso Twists
2 minutes Palm Tree
2 minutes Chair sit
3 minutes basic Step
15 reps rowing squat
I can't quite figure out how to map all this on Spark people but I know I did it!
(Saturday I did 61 minutes- boy was I sore!)
