Some pictures....

hlmaueraI know most of you are familiar with the process of moving so to spare you the angst I know that you understand, here are some pictures...
The pantry is loaded
The guest room is the staging area while I set up the rest of the house. There is a tiny rabbit trail from the door to the bed to the closet. (Oh! And those totes? They are ALL fabric)
My bedroom is functional but not yet completely operational- no closet rod or shelf yet so no place to put things.
Mom and Dad did a little organization in the garage. And that little shelf in the top right of the picture next to the fireplace chimney at about the level of the top of the ladder, that's where Whisper has been hiding. I'm hoping she's coming in to the house to eat and drink but I haven't seen her yet.
The dining room looks a little better than this now but there are still a few piles. The computer is in the hutch now and off the table.
The living room definitely looks better than this. I have three boxes visible and the furniture has been rearranged.
The craft room also has piles everywhere which could be helped by putting together the gorilla rack that is sitting on the dresser there. It will all come in time but I need more time.
The only room in the house that looks pretty good would be the one for which I don't have any final pictures. The bathroom is functional and looking pretty good with it's pink walls, sage accents, and curved shower rod. I'll try to take a new picture soon.
This was my excitement yesterday
It's coming together a little at a time, and with time it will all work out. However, I'm impatient to be done with the chaos of living out of boxes. I also would like to be able to have some people over to celebrate before next year.
