I don't have the official report but I know there are some repairs that have to be made. What I don't know yet is how much they will cost, if the owners are willing to pay for part of it, and if I can afford it. I knew the roof had to be replaced. It also turns out that the visqueen and insulation under the house should probably be replaced. Additionally, the whole house needs grounded which mean sinking two grounding rods 6 or 7 feet apart. There is one other electrical issue that needs to be addressed as well. *sigh* What does all of that mean?
