E says the house has over-head heat, which I assume to mean ceiling radiant heat. Based on previous experience I would be prepared for some expensive winter power bills
It does have ceiling heat but I also have it in my apartment and I never turn it on. I use a room heater in whatever room I'm in or curl up in a blanket. I know it's a next to useless heating system.
