I just spent 40 minutes on my Wii fit plus. I did some warm up yoga, strength training,and hula-hooped. Then I created a 20 minute fitness routine that combined yoga, strength training, step aerobics, skateboarding (oh I suck at that) and more step aerobics. I kinda like the step aerobics but I still kinda suck at it. Hopefully with practice it will all get easier. When I was done I did some balance exercises- Heading soccer balls rapidly shifting weight back and forth. I can do left and right but I have a hard time finding center. It felt good and it didn't feel like 40 minutes... I can do this!
