It's hard to let go....

There are some people that I've been trying really hard to get to know and spend time with but we just can never seem to connect. I'm not sure if it's avoidance tactics on their part or if it's just life but I guess I just need to let it go. They are lovely, lovely people and I think we'd have a great time together and have quite a lot it common but it just doesn't seem meant to be. I guess that's just life. Bye bye what could be, I'm ok with what is.

Sometimes stuff has to happen in it's own time. I'd never even managed to meet Robert before this weekend, and I'm sure I've crossed paths with him many times. 'course, I wasn't exactly in a position for entertaining interaction, but he still made a very favorable impression on me! : >

You are probably right but for some of them it's been almost 11 years so, I think it's probably not going to happen. However, you don't have to be too worried about Robert...It was only the second event he'd gone to with me. Because he has severe allergies, he can't be outside most of the year. Of course that experience was very helpful to you. ;>) He may try to come to part of Egils but it depends on the pollen quotent.
