Progress!!..

The painting is done! The hot tub is fixed (likely at no cost to me)! I have friends and family at the house right now putting in shelf paper, assembling furniture, putting in baseboards, cleaning blinds, vacuuming, and taking care of the other little projects. I am at my apartment packing, or I will be as soon as I get this posted. Almost there!
