There is cleaning in my future...
Aug. 31st, 2012 09:57 amLast night my parents came by to deliver and install this:
It now sits quite tidily on my back patio. I believe it is the 5' by 6' model.
The presence of new storage options means that I have some cleaning and organizing to do. But it also means I might be able to reclaim the spare room and some other storage spaces. It isn't airtight and may not even be watertight. Insects and other critters are likely to have access to I'll have to consider carefully what may be stored out there rather than in my closets and on spare surfaces. My intention this weekend was to take everything out of the spare room, remove the armoire and replace it with a gorilla rack- which will probably be more functional for my usages, even though it's not so pretty. Then I hope to reorganize and put things away in such a manner as to leave space for someone to actually *gasp* sleep in the bed. This new shed gives me a few more options for storage as well. It's currently a great big empty, though, so I need some shelving units.
