Blissful silence....

I confirmed with the landlord last night: The other three tenants in my four-plex were all evicted effective May 1. The last two nights have been blissfully silent! They did a lot of damage to the apartments so there will be a lot of renovation done before they can get more renters in. I may be living in such lovely silence for a couple of months. Which is not to say I'm not still looking for a house but that's looking unexpectedly difficult to find right now. This is nice breathing room anyway.
