It was a beautiful morning...

Under a cloud striated sky, the sun peaked over the horizon to send her tendril rays of light to kiss the leaves with golden highlights, showing off the radiance of their autumnal coats. Clouds, overcome with awe, blushed and glowed a pinkened amber hue while the tenderest blue sky slipped shyly between them.

Yummy dinner....

I baked a salmon steak covered in sliced bell peppers, capers, and lemon juice. It's mighty tasty and kinda pretty too. I can't really take credit for the idea; Carrie served something very similar the other night and I called her to get the ingredients (although I added the capers). The best part is how very healthy it is. There is no added fat and fish oil is supposed to be very good for you. Maybe I shouldn't eat the whole steak but mmmmmmmmmmm!

(It was wrapped in tinfoil in the oven and so there was no clean up either. Just toss the tinfoil.)
