I think there is a problem here....

This is the radiograph of my sister's leg after the surgery to repair the major breaks in her ankle. You can clearly see the pins that were used in the surgery.



Look at the full image...do you see a problem with this? She broke her leg on April 13th and had surgery on the 14th. The radiograph was taken on the May 27th. Needless to say, she's infuriated. And, conveniently, her doctor is on vacation.
