"I don’t care how my Mom kept house (even though she was super clean & organized) but I do cherish the cross stitch pieces from her and my wonderful afghans she custom made for me. Life is too short and we have to seize the moments!"
We spend a lot of time cleaning house and keeping up appearances. I believe in being tidy but truly, what is important when it's all said and done? In my obituary, I don't want it to be said "She was an immaculate housekeeper." I'd rather it be said that "She always took time to do special things with and for her family."
