A year and a half we've been working on the accreditation report. A YEAR AND A HALF... They are arriving in two days and someone just sent me TODAY four documents that she thinks should be on the website (and consequently on the 11 flash drives) because she hasn't had time to get to it yet. A YEAR AND A HALF!!!!!!! REALLY?! No, just NO!
