Andrea update

Andrea has been getting better, albeit slowly. However, on Wednesday Mom found a rash on her hip and Friday the emergency room diagnosed it as shingles. Isn't immune suppressing therapy fun?

New Cousin!

I have a new cousin as of about 5 am this morning. My cousin Brittany had a baby boy by C-section. He is 5 weeks early and weights 3 lbs 7oz. He's healthy and doing well as is his momma. I hope they have the wonderful life my cousin is dreaming of. She's only 18 and I don't know how long her boyfriend will stick around when they have the responsibility of a baby (he hasn't made a very favorable impression with the family). Still I want the best for them and hope that it all gets better from here.
