Jan. 22nd, 2007 09:33 amI survived my whirlwind trip to Seattle and even had a good time. I am not, however, feeling better at all. In fact I feel worse. My nose is running non-stop, even with the behind the counter Sudafed and I've got a deep painful cough. Blah.
I arrived reluctantly at work this morning to discover that sometime over the weekend, the electrical circuit that runs the dean, his assistant and my computers got fried and is continually blowing and resetting. I mean every 30-90 seconds. So, I can't run my computer and am working off a laptop. Or not working as the case may be; it's difficult to work without my files and programs. The work that needs to be done is all web stuff and I don't have access from the laptop. I can tell it's going to be a really productive day. I called facilities services and they said they'd send someone out right away... 1.5 hours ago and I have yet to see anyone. *sigh*
