It's a Girl!...

My brother called to tell me that the ultrasound says its a girl! I was kinda hoping it would be a boy, just because my SIL and I would be less likely to clash about boy things. She hates girly, frilly, and pink. I was really at a loss for what to make for a baby girl that didn't hit any of those aesthetics.

However, my brother is adamant that his little girl will wear pink and be girly. Ultimately, she will decide, but for now, he says he'll put her in pink frilly dresses if my SIL won't. Somehow that broke through my brain block and I went a little crazy at the yarn shops today!








I'm not sure how many of these I can actually get done but I'm going to try for them all. I actually have a fifth pattern I couldn't find yarn for that I'm still considering.


First I have to finish Marian's12th night present!

Whisper cuddles!!!!!!

My feral kitty decided it was ok for me to cuddle with her on the bed. Pets were ok too. And I even got the elevator butt going. Best of all, she rolled over and gave me her tummy to pet. Progress!!!!
