*sigh*

Yesterday the dean told me (unfortunately, again), that I am never to tell anyone "No" or that "you can't do that." Exactly how do I do my job if I can't enforce university, state, and college policies? He wants me to find a way around any restriction that faces the faculty.
This, effectively, makes me their personal slave.
I'm extremely frustrated but still employed. I have nothing else I can do but be subservient to EVERY BLOODY freaking person on this campus.
