Rest in peace my old friend....

I found out this morning that Alex West died in the night from a massive heart attack. He was 37. Alex and I have been friends my entire life, sometimes closer than others. We dated for a while when we were young teens (if you can even call that dating). I was proud of the man he had become and was becoming. He leaves behind a mentally challenged wife and two children, one young teen and one about 9 years old. They will miss him desperately. His friends are also mourning his loss. My heart aches.
