Quick update....

Work.....stinks and is very busy. I threw away two 4-drawer file cabinets worth of old paperwork today. I have a large website to create in 5 weeks and 1 day which hasn't even been started yet. Dossiers are due on the 18th but my reviewers haven't picked them up yet and I still have to do the page numbering and table of contents. I am going to have to carve out time in the next week or so to hire some new student workers. I still don't have a Temp. I still don't have a raise or a promotion and may never get one. BAH!

Back....hates me and all the sitting I have to do- It also expresses displeasure at bending, standing, and otherwise moving. Chiropractor on Tuesday didn't help much. Day off felt good but it turned out that was because I could take muscle relaxants and painkillers. Today isn't nearly as good without them.

SCA.....Briaroak Birl this weekend.

Friends and family....doing ok. Need to talk more with Robert and Carrie. Mom's heart is enlarged but the doctor was not at all concerned after the Echo cardiogram. Apparently it's a muscle that is well exercised and strong, not weak and inflamed.

Knitting....Well, not much is getting done-Too many other things to do in the evenings and sitting to knit is not pleasing to my back either. Also, I thought I was making one thing but it turns out the pattern really doesn't turn into that. Can't say more because it was supposed to be a surprise and I'm still trying to salvage it. Nicki Epstein's patterns do not seem at all accurate.

Sewing...I have several skirts I want to sew but I haven't gotten around to even cutting them out yet.

Diet and Exercise....HA! Last week I did 65 minutes total on the Wii Fit. Loved it. This week my back won't let me step anywhere near it. Also...I'm a stress eater.

I'm sure there is more I could say but the bells are ringing telling me I can get the heck out of here!
