BED! Heee!...
Nov. 3rd, 2010 02:05 pmMy new bed just arrived! I'm so excited I could dance around. I immediately set to work putting the new linens on it. Do I know how to make a pretty bed, or what?
I started with my Roths bargain buy- 500 thread count sage colored cotton sheets. The quilt is a a dark chocolate brown, deep and rich but light weight and washable. Then I added the green plush microfiber blanket, also washable (I'm sure it will see many hours of kitty naps). It will add warmth when the light quilt isn't quite enough. Then I added all the pillows. The body pillow is encased in a nice new brown casing. I bought new pillows which are supposed to be good for side sleepers but I find them to be too tall. They have become my side support. Then there are all the pretty little throw pillows... Isn't it nice? The question now is...Is there room for me in there?
