The more I think about it....

The less likely I think it is that I will get the job. One question that I didn't answer well is plaguing me and it may be a deal breaker. I guess only time will tell. The interview was easy and interesting. The Dean mostly just talked about the vision of the College and didn't say anything I hadn't already read on the website or in the job description no matter how many times I asked questions. Some deans are just like that until they really know you and your intent. Could I do the job? Absolutely! Am I the best person for the job? I don't know, I don't know why I wouldn't be but that's a decision only the hiring committee can make. They saw essentially me...if that's not what they want then I agree that they shouldn't hire me. It's out of my hands now. I'm trying not to berate myself or worry obsessively over the interview.
