Lots of evaluating

In March we will find out how our College will be organized/re-organized for the near future. This may bring opportunities for growth for me but it will also mean that I need to practice being flexible. Along with that, we will be moving out of our building in June and physically relocating in a different configuration. This also needs me to be flexible (I'll be primarily responsible for the actual move and move preparation). So....the word of the year appears to be Flexibility! I'm going to work on that.
