This property manager sucks....

I'm up before 8:00 on a Saturday because the property manager wanted to come out at 8:00 to look at the water damage on my ceililng where a leak from upstairs has been draining down through the fan vent. He hasn't arrived yet. He was supposed to have come out a week ago but he no showed then. I'm rather annoyed at the moment.
