(no subject)

Now that I've calmed down a bit from my rant, here is a little more about my weekend.

Like I mentioned K and I did retail therapy on Saturday. Since I didn't have much money we were bargain hunting. I bought 3 pairs of gauchos and 2 pair of slacks for $36 (on the credit card). I found some yarn on clearance for the scrunchies I've been making. I got a $68 purse for $2 at Goodwill. I also got a duffel bag to put my fighting gear in for $2.

On Sunday K and I ran up to F's house to sew. We were all working on Venetians. We started with the interlining and got it fitted and the boning channels set. Then we created a pattern to cut the lining and main fabric. K and I got our lining done, I got my pattern and my main fabric cut. Since I really want to have mine done for Crown, they helped me to get as far as I could in the time we had. K and I were just exhausted when we left and it was only 5. Why I should be so tired and sore when all I did was cut and sew is just a mystery.

Today I'm exhausted. I guess three days of getting home after midnight is too much (Thurs, Fri, Sat). I'm not a teenager anymore. *sigh* What a horrible realization.
