More adventures in canning....

We'd planned to be pealing apples last night but they couldn't wait for us. Marian made them into applesauce over the weekend instead.



We'll have to can it on Saturday. For now it's safely in the refrigerator.

So instead we made more lemon balm jelly.
























Lather rinse repeat four times then, because we'd run out of time, we poured the remainder of lemon balm tea into two quarts for later use. Each batch made six jelly jars.
