At my work the management either can't or won't mention specific 'others' but they can confirm that 'other people are also having issues with Them' for instance.

Of course when they do that with email and include snippets from the complaint, often it is VERY possible to determine who it is due to sentence structure, vocabulary and typos *chuckle*
