That won't work....

It all boils down to one thing:  WAAAAAAAAY too small.  I think the living room is about 9 foot by 9 foot.  If it has more square footage than my apartment, then it is all in non-usable space.  There is a lot more storage but no way I could fit 3 book shelves, a piano, a large hutch and my leather loveseat in the living room.  And the dinette space?  Forget putting a 4 foot table in there, let alone my 9 foot table. 

Not this time, I guess.  Maybe another opportunity will present itself in the near future.
