Wedding clothes, the saga continues

I sewed together the outside of the vest last night and gravity struck. No matter what I tighten, the sheer has just enough stretch that it sags. *sigh* Ideas? Auntie Fifi? I'm contemplating taking the sheer off everything but the front panels.
