Really? I should know better...

Thanksgiving will be celebrated with 40 of my nearest paternal relatives in Beaverton at Noon tomorrow. My cousin asked me to contribute:
1 large jello salad
1 dessert of choice
1 2 ltr of Sprite

What I decided I needed to bring:
1 2 ltr of Sprite
1 large jello salad (only because I thought the layered salad might not be enough)
1 smaller layered jello salad
1 sugar free apple cranberry crisp
1 layered pumpkin cheese cake
12 deviled eggs
and 60 old fashioned filled cookies.

It is now midnight because I couldn't make anything but the cookies and the layered salad before tonight. I'm done now...I don't know what I am thinking...it's not like there has EVER been a shortage of food at any family gathering. (Probably because we ALL think like this.)
