I stepped on the scale yesterday after my water aerobics class and found my weight to be down by another 3 lbs. That's 23 lbs since September 1st. I'm very excited about this and hope I can keep moving it in this direction. It hasn't been too hard, I just have to be aware of what I'm eating and what my activity level has been like. The fitbit app has helped to track calories in and out a lot. I know it gets harder as there is less weight to lose but I still think my goal is attainable in the course of a year.
